Missed Appointments
Please give us 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment, otherwise a charge may be made. Please notify us of any change in your contact details so a recall service can be maintained.
NHS Services
Merrygate has a small NHS contract for under 18's and exempt patients. However, there are currently no vacancies at this time. We do have an active waiting list, so if you would like to call in anytime, the receptionist will be happy to take your details.

If you have any positive or negative feedback, we have patient questionnaires at reception or alternatively please refer to our patient complaint protocol details of which are in the waiting room area or speak to a member of staff directly

Parking
The Practice is conveniently located adjacent to the village car park, at the far left hand corner. There is parking for disabled patients by the gate accessing the Practice.
Access
The Practice is a purpose-built single-storey building, and so is easily accessed by wheelchairs.
